Agenda

  1. Opening of the meeting
  2. Approval of the agenda
  3. Report of the MC
  4. Elections
    1. The MC appoints a non MC member to conduct the elections.
    2. appointment/election of vote counters
    3. Candidates for President present themselves. (8 minutes each, plus two minutes for questions)
    4. A written ballot of the positions as president is conducted.
    5. Candidate for Secretary General present himself (votes for president are counted)
    6. Announcement of President and Secretary General
    7. Candidates for Coordinator of Research, Education or Applied work present themselves (maximum 5 minutes each)
    8. A written ballot of these six positions is conducted (In case of only one-two candidate(s) for a position this person(s) is elected by acclamation).
    9. The votes are counted and additional ballots are held if necessary
    10. The new MC is announced
